Calculating flow rate of PVC

Anyone have a link or information on how much water flow I can expect from Schedule 40 PVC 1" diameter? I've got to drill my tank and am wondering if I should put one or two bulkheads in it. I don't plan on moving more than 600 gph but as I upgrade the tank to all SPS I may increase the flow. I've looked all over the internet and all I can find is information on friction/head loss.

Are the bulkheads for overflow drains?
Horizontal or vertical?
It also depends on the depth of the hole. (how much water above it)

Here's a chart from R/C

And a huge thread arguing about flow rates.

These rates do not apply for applications like returns where flow rates can be higher under pressure.

Try a search for bulkhead flow rates.

Thanks Brian that was exactly what I was looking for, I've got two bulkheads that fit 1 "" PVC it's a 60 gallon cube so I'm thinking the two bulkheads will handle 500 to 1200 GPH with out difficulty. I am thinking though before I get started that maybe I should go to bulkheads that fit 1 1/2"" PVC just incase one was to get blocked.
