cheeky fish games
 

My yellow coris wrasse has been acting very cheeky lately. Likes to hang near the surface and splash water over the glass and the center brace. As soon as I clean it up it does it again. Anyone else have fish that like to play games?

I have the odd one that likes to jump out onto the carpet now and again.

The game never go's on for too long. :(

I also have a bullseye pistol shrimp that steals everything he can get his greedy little claws on. (Frags, kills snails and takes their shells, rubble and even thermometers.)

He uses all of the stuff to cover the entrance to his home. I've been trying to trap the little SOB for a while, but no luck as of yet.

I'll be sad if it comes down to harpoon time, but I'll get over it.

I love fish games. My regal tang likes to take big gulps of air at the surface, then swim down to the bottom to release the bubbles. That alone is fun to watch, but lately my red cheek anthias has been playing along by trying to catch the bubbles as they rise back to the top. :lol:

I guess that would be "irony" eh?

Seriously, I hope it doesn't come down to harpoon time .. maybe you could remove the rock he's under (or in)?
