250 pendant
 

Hi, folks:

I just purchased a 250 Pendant and when I plug it in it turns on sometimes, but not others. I am sure I have the wiring right and the connections are solid. Is there a break-in period that I am experiencing? Anyone with some feedback on this?

Check to make sure the bulb is well seated and the cables are all snug. If not you might have either a bad ballast of bum bulb.

yes, seating the bulb in a bit further did the trick. I guess it had partial contact which enabled it to turn on sometimes. Thanks for the help.
