UV protection glass
 

hey guys, im looking into getting metal halide and i am thinking where can i find the UV protection glass in BC or better yet Vancouver. i take it that the UV glass isnt just normal glass. any ideas guys:mrgreen:

Near as I can find out it's just glass. Regular window glass (aka float glass) blocks almost all UV light and the only thing you might want to do is get it tempered so it holds up to the heat better.

Yes its Tempered glass. you are correct. any glass store with have them in stock,,
