Salty stores on the Island.
 

So we are heading to the island on the 29 of the month for New Years. And since Iam going to be there for 10 days I wanted to check out the local Fish shops. We are going to be in Duncan, but have a car out there so we would be able to travel between Victoria and Naniamo.

So if you know of a good store to hit up please post the address and name.

Scott at Island Pet Zone ........Very Knowledgable and friendly advice and good deals !
You should not miss Japarto's tank on the counter at Safari.....stunning , as well as the large displays.
Cora at Hillside usually has a comprehensive display.
Creatures is worth a visit usually has a nice selection of shrimp and a lot of live rock.

Drove past Hillside yesterday Cora has everything on sale supplies and livestock, Just thought everyone would like to know.

I will be in the market for some live rock when we are out there.

I didint get a chance to swing by Safari pets this past summer when we were out but have seen his tanks before. I actualy flew live rock back a couple years ago from both Island pet zone and Safari. Customs didint know what to make of it.

I had more rocks and water in my carry-on then anything else.

I cant wait to get back out there. Thank you to every one for the info.

Oh one more thing are there any get togethers that I might be able to sneek into durring that week, like fish shows or auctions?
