snails???/
 

ok i went to clean my tank at night (so i dont burn my arm on lights) and there is about 100 little snail lookin things on my tank wall they do have shells i will try to get pics im not too good with a camera but i will try. has anybody ever had turbo snails breed before and have them suvive?

ok well the batts are dead on my cam so i wil have to do it tommorow. but they look like about 50 to 100 little snails

I got tons in my tank too. Some came with the LR. I've been told that Turbo's make baby's like Rabbits.

My tank at work has snails all over it. I'm just waiting for them to get a little bigger so I can sell them and make my millions. Ha Ha

I hate to burst your bubble but they probably won't get much bigger :mrgreen: . They sound like collonista snails and they don't get much bigger then a 1/4", they breed like crazy though

At one time my tank had thousands of them they were everywhere! The population has now dwindled to a small amount, I think they ran out of food.

yaaaaay my bubble is not burst it does not look anything like the one in the link im going to get some pic of them a soon as i go get batteries. The only problem is there so small and i suck at taking pics. I know my luck though there probably something really bad

do u have any cerith snails in your tank?
they breed quite regularly

nope but i did just put about 10 turbos in about a month ago they are the only ones in my tank
