Hello.. I am consider myself still a noobs when it come to reefs setup and stuff and still many thing to learn after a year having my tank and nothing die on me yet accept few Hermits turn into my cute baby porcupine midnight snack.

I don't have a refugium or anything fancy like that. Just a 30g reef tank with my puffer and a baby blue tank. It just a temporary tank until get the basement done for 200+ G tank.

Is it possible to setup dripping method for Kalk for the tank? I am getting some Kalk and want to experiment with it. What is the best way to set it up and what I need to do it right?

Thank you

Many, many options here. If you are just going to play around with it the easiest way would be a IV drip.

A super easy (and cheap) way to drip kalk is to use a 2L pepsi (or other pop of your choice) bottle, drill a hole in the cap for a 1/4" dia. hose and get some sort of valve to adjust flow rate.

Or if you can't find a valve, tie a knot in the hose and tighten until the kalk drips out at the rate you want to dose
