Is my torch coral dying?

The other day one of the heads of the coral sucked in and seemed to go to mush....argh...now it's empty in there.

This morning the one head above him sucked in and hasnt gone to mush, but i feel its on the way...is there anything i can do to save the coral....?

As you probably already know, Check all your water parameters first.

What is the usual cause for this happening? Is it one thing or can it be anything? Alk is my first guess, I just had a frogspawn die a couple months ago wich I had for a while. It fell down off the rock first and then one head died a couple days later the wole coral just went away.

That is a very dangerous coral disease you have there. I suggest you immediately remove it from your tank, pack it up with 4 cups of water and send it to me for testing. Do not delay.
