I don't know about the cheapest place in Calgary but I know that I have usually found it for a reasonable price at most Hot tub places (even way up here).

We have a LFS that sells spa flex, pricing is very very reasonable, even if you factored in the shipping, you'd still be under $6.80 a ft.

I'm in the misdt of building a new system (180g) and found them to be the cheapest by far, here are their prices:
3/4" Spa Flex $1.20/ft.
1" Spa Flex $1.26/ft.
1 1/4" Spa Flex $1.75/ft.
2" Spa Flex $2.75/ft.

Going to do most of my plumbing with this, save allot of headaches down the road.

Got my Spa-flex fr a hottub place, paid around a buck/foot even for the 2". And if you're talking to a HT place that does repairs, see what they suggest for gluing.
