Hanging a Hamilton Light Fixture

The one we had years ago came with hanging brackets. This new one has nothing on it.

the reefstars are supposed to come with a thin steel cable with crimp connectors for height adjustment.

This is a 3' fixture, I think you are talking about a pendent ?
