Okay I Have Recently biult a New Stand For My 30 Gallon With My New Diy Sump I will post pics below And Tell Me What I Could Do to rid myself of this issue

the stand in just about compleatly enclosed with the front cover on it exept for 3, 3/4 holess

install some fans in there. either clip-on fans or computer fans. it would also help to install a fan that can draw in or out of the cabinet stand.
an oscilating fan (that turns left right left) right drilled into the top of the cabinet would work well.
