Anyone interested in buying some Sand?

Call me foolish but I am taking a gamble and ordering in a pallet of sand from Jayson at www.Saltwaterconnections.com

With shipping GST etc... it looks like it will come out to $25.00/bag
(Aquarium illusions sells the same stuff for $44.00/bag)
This sand is the exact same stuff as the carabsea sand but he has had it privately labled as saltwaterconnection sand

There are 60 bags to a pallet and I will be taking 20 so this means that 40 bags are up for grabs.

Dez indicated that he would be interested in some of the sand would anyone else like to get in on this?
(please say yes as I don't want to have $1500 worth of sand sitting on my driveway)

At $15 a bag a nd $250 for shipping it should come out to around $20 a bag. How do you get $25?

Actualy if you really want to get picky the exact cost is right around $20.50 with GST

The reason that I have posted $25.00 I am the one taking all of the risk, if I have 10 bags of sand left siting in my garage that is $205 of my hard earned $$ tied up.

This price is extremely competitive to anything else in town and I do not think it is at all unreasonable.

The cost per bag to ship a small amount of sand makes it completely uneconomical.
(shipping is the same for 10 or for 60 bags so if you wanted to order 10 bags on your own the cost would be $42.80/ bag)

I guess the bottom line is that if you don't think it is worth it ya don't have to buy.
