Would it be possible to Get Like dead Brids Nest Corals And Diff Kinds Of Hard Corals
And Dye Them Dif Colors Then Place The In Say A fish Olny System?
If so what Kinda Dyes Should I use

Because you're placing them in water, most likely any color you could impart to the corals would leach out over time, ending up in your tank. I wouldn't reccomend it.

I think Walt Smith makes some plastic colored corals that would probably be a better idea.

They will cover with coralline and look 'ok' if left in there for any length of time.

I have a couple of old coral skeletons from the old days of FO (before I saw the light) in my 50 gallon. They are nice pieces of coraline covered LR now and look rather interesting, plus one is partially colonized by a kenya tree coral too.
