Marineland Holdfast Epoxy Safe?

Anyone ever used this stuff before? It doesn't say on the packaging whether or not it's safe to cure underwater. I would assume it would be...otherwise it's kinda useless.

It's safe.
I think it's the same thing as what you can buy in Home depot for $5 though. It's called aquamend in Home Depot.
