"Food Grade" Rubbermaid

I've seen this mentioned a few times in recent threads. Where can one get "food grade" Rubbermaid products?

if your looking for a garbage can the rubbermaid "brute" series is food safe. you can get them at homedepot or a restraunt supply store.

Can anyone recommend one that's more like a "tub"? I'm using a rubbermaid tub next to my stand right now, but I doubt it's food safe. It's like 70 liters.

Im working on setting mine up right now. Two "Rubbermaid Max Latch" Tubs. They are made of PolyPropelene Plastic which is Food Safe.

almost any of the plastic containers are food safe but if you want to be sure just get one of the semi clear ones.

Flip any plastic container over and it'll have a number in a little triangle on the bottom that identifies the type of plastic the container is made of. The best for our purposes HDPE or #2. Those 5-gallon white pails that salt mixes come in are HDPE.

There are many "food grade" plastics that are unsuitable for this hobby including polystyrene (#6), for example.

I think the clear Rubbermaid containers are polypropylene (#5) which is another good choice.
