hello i had my tank up for 3 weeks now and now i have brown spots all over the tank is this ok ???

Would have to see a picture of what your talking about but if I was to wager a guess it is probably diatoms and perfectly normal. That too will pass although you can scrape it off the glass and blow it off the rocks and sand to let your skimmer have easier access to it.
