Anyone need to borrow my sea hare for a few weeks?

sea hare
I'am still looking for a temp home for this guy
|
Youd think someone would have some hair algae for him to mow down..
|
OOOHH! I'd take him!! But I can't get to Spruce Grove... Sigh, do you come into edmonton often?
|
If you can think how I could protect it from my closed loop intake, I would love to borrow him.
My intake is a 24 inch long piece of 1.5" PVC, with slits cut into it with a table saw. The suction is very low on each slit, but enough for a slow moving sea hare to get stuck in. I could probably just wrap some filter floss all around it and secure it with elastic bands, now that I think about it. I have more than enough hair algae to feed your guy, I am still recovering from a tank crash late last year. Hair algae is about 1/3 of what it was, but still lots. |
I could use him for a few days too (depending on how fast he eats)
