Has anyone tried utilizing this method? Details & opinions SVP!

I haven't tried that but am trying out a product called AZNO3 on my 230g that I feed heavily so am always battling nitrates. I just started about 4 days ago and it's a 30 day process so we'll see how it goes. Sodium Cloride is one of the ingredients.
