dont be cheap!! buy a new one. Is it really worth the risk to eletricute your reef.

Is it worth killing all your fish for the $30 it costs for a new heater

Had a heater crack on my while I was cleaning it. Threw it out right away, then went to my extra reef hardware closet and pulled out a new one

2 Things I always keep a spare of is a heater and a maxijet powerhead. As said above for the cost of a heater, just get a new one.

Was already leaning that direction, but i thought I'd check to see if the DIYrs had any innovative ideas.

It's my backup heater, so whatever.

I'm from manitoba, so cheap is in my middle name.
