How long do you run your moonlights, actinics, MH? As a followup, when?

I no longer run actinics with my MH, but when I did, I ran the MH 10hrs, the actinics 12 hours, 1 additional hour before and after

I run my actinics for 12 hours and my mh for 8 hours, my moonlights I run 24/7.

Actinics: 8:15AM - 7:15PM (11hrs)
MH: 11:30AM - 4:30PM (5hrs)
