HO ballast
 

I am unsure of the brand, but it is an HO ballast that I bought used a while back and ran 2 110W vho bulbs with it.

are the bulbs all it needs?

It only needs bulbs, and the sockets for whatever bulb/ bulbs you decide to run them with, and it needs to be wired for your specific needs. I do have 2 vho bulbs and sockets that I used in conjunction with them if you are interested. For now, I have an interested buyer of just the ballast through a PM.
