by complete do you mean all the pieces, or do you mean, unpack it, slap it on, plug it in and go?

I doesn't matter if its already assemble or not as long as its complete " ballast, bulb, socket and reflector"

I have a brand new 250W ballast, almost new 14 or 10K bulb, and a pfo reflector/socket. If you are interested, PM me.
