Low light corals
 

I have a portion of the tank that is lighted by PC only. Currently, I put a sun coral there and it is doing great. Would like to ask what other corals can I have at that corner - what about acans and zoos?

Lots of variables and not much detail. There are lots of low light corals, but some may deside to "Go into the light" (on both sides of that pun). How about a bit more information about the set up?

I moved my Kenya Tree softie into my FOWLR tank where it is doing very well under just a single 65W PC light. It was out of control in the reef tank under the MHs.

2yr+ (approaching 3yr) tank - initially a FOWLR but slowly changing it to a LPS and softies in the last 15mths.
125 gal AGA (6' long X 18" deep)
Lighting: a 250W XM-1000K MH in the center and one 72" URI-VHO-super actinic in the front and two 96W 1000K PC lights in the back of the canopy.
I put most of the corals in the middle of the tank, and they are all doing great. Now I am thinking of filling up the two ends of the tank with some lower-light demanding corals.
I guess I can use two MH lights, but do not really want to (just personal preference - no particular logic behind it :-)))
Would like to hear your thoughts on what are the corals to put there.

The kenya tree stated above is a great choice in my opinion. Also I'd give thought to a leather or even a low light lps such as torch, or bubble. I've had these in darker areas of my tank and they do fine.

I would avoid any poly type species such as button or star, as well as any mushrooms. I personally find they always know the grass is greener over there and head for the prime spots you want for your showcase corals.
