Hello,

This is for general comments. I have e-mailed to Dolphin Pumps twice so far and have yet to hear back from them. This is about the upgrade to the Amp Master 3000 for those who don't know.

I have also e-mailed Eheim long time ago about other stuff but never got a reply.

Is this the norm for the bigger manufacturers? I never have this problem with IceCap however.

Isn't it amazing how some comapnies can be soo different with support? One it takes no time at all it seems(Icecap) and others seem to ignore you.. sigh..


I have tried looking up Ebo Jager to mention about my heater sticking on. Can't find nothing. And I hate mailing things. Tho it may come down to that.
