Manufacturer's Support
Hello,
This is for general comments. I have e-mailed to Dolphin Pumps twice so far and have yet to hear back from them. This is about the upgrade to the Amp Master 3000 for those who don't know. I have also e-mailed Eheim long time ago about other stuff but never got a reply. Is this the norm for the bigger manufacturers? I never have this problem with IceCap however. Titus |

Isn't it amazing how some comapnies can be soo different with support? One it takes no time at all it seems(Icecap) and others seem to ignore you.. sigh..
I have tried looking up Ebo Jager to mention about my heater sticking on. Can't find nothing. And I hate mailing things. Tho it may come down to that. |
