PFO ballast and bulb

I have a PFO AQI250MH ballast - I think that is a probe start ballast. Currently, I am using a Ushio 10,000K bulb, but thinking of getting to 14000K. Do anyone know which bulb should I go for with my ballast?

Another question - do you know where in Vancouver can I get the Hamilton or Coralvalue. They are the only two with 14-15,000K bulbs.
