Aquaria.ca - ARC 70w halide
 

Well the new 70w halides been running all week, picked up the ARC 70w retrofit from aquaria.ca (found @ ) http://aquariacanada.com/osCommerce/...oducts_id=1031

Nice electronic ballast, I got the 10k bulb (choice of 10 or 20k, though I heard the 14k might be coming soon!?) retrofitted into a 11$ home despots 150w halogen flood light housing. Works awesome!

The first ballast arrived DOA unfortunately, but ivan was really good about getting a second one to me ASAP.

Should have started out with this system, way better than the PCs I've been running.

good job lad!!!! Ahhh question did you have a couple too many when you hung that light? Little crooked isn't it? But I guess that whats happens when you are 3 sheets to the wind!!! LMAO just bustin on ya a bit,its all good. I may buy one of those and get you to put it all together if the Boss lets me come down!!!

had to tip it back a bit so the picture would turn out somewhat - you'll notice the 2 loops of aircraft cable, it's just looped over a pvc frame until the MB7 comes online where the pendant will be better built/designed.
