i seem to be getting duplicate email notifications, one right after the other.

anyone else having similar problems?

Yup me too.

There is a glitch in the system, or was this done by design? Every-time when sent PM still in "outbox" (not yet read by recipient) is edited by message originator, system sends new private message notification. Do you think this is also your case?

Not mine as I did not edit at all.

yeah, i get duplicate email notifications for PMs only... and they are both sent at the exact same time. and this is for every PM.

but it does not happen for thread notifications.

Thanks for reporting. This is strange as I've never had this problem before. Not sure what to suggest except to turn off PM notification for the moment.

I'm working on a transition to a new forum software so we should have no problem then.
