fan wireing help
 

ok i got a tube axial fan and I can not find any info on it.. the confusing thing is it has 3 wires not 2 and one is not a ground.. there is a blue, a green and a white, here is the wiring diagram on the fan.

the plate says

how do I hook this up to a plug?
