FS 230 Gallon tank w/3x 250 w mh lighting & 6' atinics x

Selling:230 Gallon tank w/3x 250 w mh lighting & 6' HVO atinics x2.
comes with custom made stand made of square tubing-very strong
Tank measures 6' by 24" wide by 27" high. has removeable glass panel covers that can be opened for access. Also included is a pvc manifold with 16 outlets and 4 gate valves, that I spend at least $200 and a 100 hours on, powered by a hammerhead 5800 gph pump.
60 gallon sump(can upgrade to a 150 gal for a few more bucks) the tank has one drilled overflow 2 1/2 ", and I can flow the full 5800 gph on it no problem. The sump has 2 holes, one for feeding tank, and one for the skimmer. The skimmer is custom built, over 5 ' tall venturi system, powered by a little giant 1350 gph.

this deal includes some powerheads, 100 lbs coral sand, 200 + lbs live rock and a pvc cave to place live rock on. Tank has a few corals, softies mostly, fish and invertebrates, starfish, crabs....

there is a problem with the atinic ballast. I have purchased 2 new ballasts to repair, but have not wired them in.

All equipment is less than 1 year old.

This is a very nice setup that can look spectacular, but sadly I no longer have the time to do this setup justice.

I will send pics by request. my email is fgovro@shaw.ca

I am asking $3500

sorry guys...I am trying to add pics, but no luck..doh! Please ask and I will send, and I'll keep trying to add them[/img]

Damn, that's a lot of money, but an amazing deal.

Good luck with the sale.

dimensions?

Are those dimensions right? I believe thats around 200 gal for the main tank.

tank measurements...

oops...the actual measurements are 6' long, 24" wide, 29" high. I dont know what that adds up to, but there's 2 extra inches....

thanks for all the supportive posts guys, I really appreciate it.

To find the volume, multiply LxWxH then divide by 231. So you have 72x24x29 which comes to 216.9g.

216 gal tank

Thanks...I think I'll close this thread in a couple days and start over.
