If you have your image already uploaded onto another site (photobucket for example)

Just type the address of the image here and then click your mouse before the entire text of the address..then go up and push the IMG button above the box you write in...it should automatically put image tags on either side.
Hit Preview and see if it worked.

to send an image through email, hit 'attatchment' then find the IMAGE file (ends with .gif, .jpg, .bmp, etc) click Open...then send away...

At least I think I explained that right..oh well
