Is it safe to glue mushrooms on a rock with superglue gel?

From my experience nothing is much good at holding mushrooms in place, the best advice I got was to get a small container and put small rocks or other substrate in the bottom, but the mushrooms on top of the rock, and let the container sit for a few days in a low-flow area of the tank, the mushroom is supposed to attach on its own.

I never had patience for this, I just super-glued a mushroom an hour ago, most likely by tomorrow it will have drifted away.

i just glued 5 down, 2 drifted away, the other 3 are good so far, though.

Here's something I tried to good success:

Sew them on with fishing line. Just go right through the foot of the animal. Easy. It's pretty gross though cause they leave this guck all over the place.
