position of Reflector for optimal lighting

Just wondering, so I can compare. In a box arrangement sitting on top of the tank, what is the absolute best way of setting up a reflector for MH?

Cover the entire inside?
Cover just the top?
Form an umbrella to surround just the top of the bulb?

?????

Thanks!

3rd one ?? I could not find any threads

That is what I have but I have enough of it to cover a lot of the 48 inch by 20 by 20 hood
Rather not use it all but I want to obtain max light!

That is the same reflector I am using now. (do not have the MH fired up full time yet though, waiting on ordering my VH. When I did fire the MH up the coverage was awesome. I did have some pics posted on how I mounted them.

Here it is again instead of searching
