Well I started my tank off with 2 Ocellairs clowns and one hit the road for what eve reason, found him gasping for life stuck to my powerhead, but anyways my question is will the remaining clown turn female??? and if so is it wise to add anothe Ocellairs clown???

If you were to add another one do it right away. It usually takes about six months or so of being solitary to turn female. Try to get one that is smaller than the one in your tank.
