Looks like Lance is gonna take it.

Lance Armstrong just won the last TT stage of the tour de France, pretty much securing his 7th tour win tomorrow.

and they said that he could possibly never race again after his cancer.....

Amazing

ya, what he's done is amazing without the cancer. After the struggle to just stay alive, it's just unbelievable.

it would be interesting to find out if he takes steroids.

Apparently he's the most tested rider, and nothing has shown up in 7 years....
Maybe he's just that good.

A good friend of mine had testicular cancer. And Lance Armstrong personally gave him one of those yellow wrist bands.

Go Lance!

it was found during his cancer treatment (chemo) that his body doesn't produce lactic acid, so when normal people start getting cramped up from working real hard he doesn't also the fact that he trains in Spain year round (very similar conditions to France) helps. so the above two reasons is why for the normal legs he is just at the top of the pack but when he gets into the climbing legs of the race he leaves everyone behind as he can push himself very hard and not suffer the lactic burns in his mussels.

i thought i had heard some rumors earlier this year that he might be implicated in some sort of steroid use then he announced his retirment. i have no idea if it's true but he does seem like a super hulk, i mean the guys he races against are the best in the world and they don't even seem to come close.

he is one of the most tested athletes around, they would have caught it by now don't you think?
