I bought mine off of an ebay auction and it came with all of that plus a reflector. If I were to do it again I would buy buy from the link that Ryan gave you. Ivan at Aquaria Canada is awesome to deal with! I would go with a 20k bulb if I were you. Sorry for the delay.

now, what kind of enclosure do you install or "retrofit" this into?? standard canopies?

what would you recomend for a reflector? also you need to cover this with glass for uv dont you?

Go to Rona/HD/whatever and look for a 500W halogen yard floodlight. Should be about $20ish I would think and you'll be set with both a reflector and cover glass. IIRC the 70W lamps fit inside these perfectly and the 150W lamps fit but with a little bit of creativity. I've never tried with a 70W but I got the 150W sockets in one, so the 70W should be very do-able.

im tinkering with the idea or retroing one into a 3.5 gallon tru-vu nano so the yard fixture would be out if i kept the acrylic top. i wonder if a 70 watter would melt that tank.. that would suck.
