toad stool leather not extending
 

Hi i have a toad stool leather when i put it in my tank it opened up very nice tentacles extended about 1".lately it does"nt open,it only has like smallbumps not full tentacles only about 1/4".if anyone has any answers it would be great.thanks Paul
