moving bta

What is the best way to make a BTA let go of his hold to a rock to move him  I don't want to damage him

Try rubbing an ice cube on it's foot, that usually works.

I've heard that if you point a power head at it's foot it will move, of course it may just move somewhere else that you don't wnat it.

you can just lightly rub your finger on the bottom of him and pry softly and he should let go

Tarolisol 06-12-2005 05:33 AM

all these suggestions should work, but no matter where you put it it will move, so my suggestions is put the rock in and let it move on its own.

I actually got really lucky so far at least. My RBTA hasn't moved an inch since I put it in the tank. I must have picked a good spot for it!!
