sump question
 

Hey,
I will be getting my sump online probably tuesday... My question is how far above the water level of the sump are the end of your over flow pipes?

hey....

Should be under the water line couple of inches or so. Each person is a little different. This will cut down on the splashing and salt creep

or

Use a filter sock above water line.....and cut out all the micro bubbles......... :cool:

would putting a few 90's to make a 180 on the end also help the microbubble issue?

But I think a couple wouldent hert....a little back preasure is a good thing I think

You do have a bubble trap set up?????

No I will adding 1 or 2 sets of baffles. to rid myself of the micro bubbles tho
