retrofit ballast question
 

Can anyone explain these to me? I'm looking on J&L trying to find cheep ways to do my lighting, anyone know anything about these retro fit things? how do they work, and what would have to be done to make them work.

Eva, I've used a couple of them and they were pretty straight forward. The ones I used where just a reflector and a clip to hold the PC lights. They had the lights the connectors for the lights and the ballasts, it took me about 30 min to do the set up. Depending on what you have now you may need to strip out your old light strip and do a bit of work but they are usually pretty easy to work.
