Computer Help

Hopefully one of you guys with some computer knowledge can help me out here.

I seem to have a bunch of things running on my computer that I don't know what they are. When I press control alt delete I get a whole swack of things.

    Website I'm currently on
    Explorer
    Ccapp
    Netdde
    Monwow
    Loadqm
    Csinsm32
    Systray
    Kb981711
    Nprotect
    Csinject

Are all these things neccessary? If not, what are they? I do have kids but they've been banned from the computer since a certain police incident.

monwow is the only one I'm not familiar with, the rest are fine.

I did a search on google as suggested and norton anti virus is responsible for most of them.

Thanks Brad and Alan, I had no idea you could find things using google

The following link will allow you to search the programs that are running. many that you have may be 'fine' but unneccessary!!! Turning them will free up resources!

monwow.exe is a process from Symantec. It monitors the installation process for new software to be able to help you uninstall these software successfully.
is another one of those wacky symatic products that chew thru your memory.
