Does anyone have the contact information (telephone, fax, e-mail) for this company?

Any comments concerning recent "experiences" with them, particularly the actual delivery time (lower mainland), are also welcomed, either by posting or pm.

If I were you I'd talk to any one but Mitch. I think the guy who did work for me last was named Kelly. He was promt with my request, but it was very small.

ask for Doug
Mitch only collect your money
but Doug is the one who actually build and crate and ship

Agree'd! I never did see Mitch, Doug was great and I got my tank a day early (I think it was 5 days total incuding the weeked).

Its been a year since I ordered my second 320g from mitch and no word... no returned calls, no tank. Nothing. Bye bye money.

Unless they have his cell number, the main number is usually the only way to contact these guys.

Maybe ask for Doug Betts.
