Green Bristleworm or Alien?

so my new favorite thing to do every 2 days is empty out the contents of my micron bag into a bowl so i can see what i snagged (im such a dork). usually i get a hermit or some small pods that i throw into the fuge, tonight though this 1" long fat bright green millipede jumped out into the bowl. what the hell is this? is it a bristleworm? i took 3 pictures of it but the reflections on the bowl wigged the camera out and this is the best i could get.

I don't think its a bristle worm because it doesn't have any bristles. Looks more like a catapillar.

it did look like a catapiller, you think it will turn into a butterfly in my sump?

Since it's a salt water catapillar, it will likely turn into a Copperbanded Buterfly in your sump.
