10g hood with T8 elect. ballast, free for pickup
 

Had this over a 10g nano then a terrarium for a while.

The top piece has some humidity damage and I'm not sure it should be left as-is if used over a tank again.

I don't forsee myself using this anytime soon. Free for pickup. If nothing else the ballast should have some salvage value.

Not pretty, but functional. Inside part should probably be rebuilt since it's yellowed and has a few missing teeth.

Tony how big is the inside part? would a maxijet 1200 fit inside it? this may be the begining of an easy DIY surface skimmer attachment for my Skimmer

I see I managed to screw up, I was wondering where I had put that overflow box for sale post. :redface:

Uh .. the inner part is pretty tiny. I'll check tonight if a MJ12 will fit in it and let you know. It might not fit or it might be really close.
