4way pump

Anyone ever try the 4way?? or anyone try this at all?

I have an older version of the 4 way (actually, one of the prototypes I believe). It works quite well, but I don't like the bulkiness of it and it buzzes. Of course, mine is a very early version. The nice thing about it is that it can handle A LOT of water...8000GPH before you really have to worry.

Paul, the owner of OM, is very nice to deal with and answers all your questions very quickly as well.

I have one, only running a week LOTS of flow I have about 5000GPH pumping through it. Totally silent, a few micro bubbles I'm working on.
Ya Paul the owner is amazing to deal with.

So would u say its worth the money???compared to what else u can buy?? what do u recommend or anyone?

Tarolisol 02-24-2005 04:33 AM

I have one and cant here it at all, i dont think theres anything to compare it to. Its way better then a squid or swirl in my opinion but its not cheap.

Azilla 02-24-2005 04:55 AM

How much did it cost u all??? And did u order from that site

monza 02-24-2005 05:39 AM

It all depends what you’re trying to do. I recommend it for a sps tank that you want tons of flow; a 4way has endless possibilities of flow. It not cheap but is any quality product in this hobby? They are really well built. Price... I forget it's on the web site you posted and yes I ordered from that site. It's to bad the Oceanmotion forum crashed it had tons of info.
