When you say this do you mean that you only used it for freshwater? I'm intrested in one or the other. I have a 20 Gallon Nano Marine that I'm thinking of seting up on of these to increate flow and so on do you think that 404 would be too much for it? Planning a head as well for expansion :biggrin:.

Yes these have only been used on freshwater tanks as per the flow I'm not sure wether it would be to much flow for a 20 gal tank as I am not to knowlegable in saltwater tanks . Pehaps someone else could post in here that is knowlegable about whether the flow rate would be to much or not on the 404
