Refugium Questions
 

Does anyone use Miracle Mud in their refugium? Are there other alternatives? What are the benifits of Miracle mud in a refugium?

I have never herd of mirical mud. What is it :question: :turn-l:

I use aragonite sand from my main tank in my refuge along with some crushed coral etc.

I think the last analysis I saw claimed miracle mud was garden dirt, or very similar. Using sugar sand does the same thing, I understand.

no, but a bit of searching will turn up lots of stuff like that. I had some that came in aused sump I bought, and it ended up mixed n my garden. Looked just like the original dirt to me :razz:

i dunno i think if your going to make a statement that there are analysis that miracle mud is garden dirt you should be backing that up. if you don't run it then fine but bunking it with never trying it is kinda lame.
