Fuzzy mushrooms
I recently aquired some fuzzy mushrooms and I got one quick question from your experences what do the like to eat should I target feed them?

I would suggest letting them be. If you don't want a tank full of mushrooms in a few months, don't feed them. Mushrooms tend to grow very fast, so it is better not to give them conditions they like.

Those look like green rhodactis mushrooms. They're among my favourite types.

Hey Russ
I was target feeding them a little mysis every now and then when i was target feeding other corals in the tank. They've gone months with and months without, they do like to spread when they're fed as bob stated |
I used to feed mine pellets. I would let the pellet soak a little then place it right on the mushroom. The mushroom would then close up and eat it. Mine grew pretty fast too even when i didnt feed them.

I have never fed a mushroom either and mine still grow and multiply. I like them, they are a good filler type coral for a tank.

They are nice because you will always have something to trade.

Speeking of trading, I have a green digitata frag with an orange fuzzy shroom attached to it if anyone wants. The digitata is about 4 inches tall and the shroom is 1.5 inches across.
