Has anyone purchased these locally or know if they are available in Calgary. I would like a couple of 1" size for my beckett skimmer project and would prefer to find them in town rather than ordering them over the net.

I think the place is called Western Pump. Its right across the street from the Silver Dollar casino. They have lots of unique fittings.

Thanks, I'll check with them. I need to go get some other items in that area anyway.

Apparantly the "U-Grow Tomatoes" shop carries them in Calgary.
You can check there if "Western Pump" doesn't carry them. :cool:

Ever find any? I'm trying to find a phone number for "U-Grow" but it seems they're not in the book yet. And when I google "U-Grow Tomatoes Calgary" it just comes up with this thread (and the other thread where it was suggested). Anyone have a telno or an address for them?

I ended up ordering them from this place, as I could not find them in Calgary. Their web site would not allow for Canadian orders, but I just e-mailed them and they sent them to me. Took about two weeks for them to arrive. They just billed me with the shippment, and I sent them the payment afterwards.

Ok, thanks.. bummer that there doesn't seem to be any local suppliers. :frown:
