I dont really want to breed fish right now. You need a few extra grow out tanks ect.. and I kind of want to get an oscar

ahh i had oscars dempseys are funner oscars kinda just sit there they realy dont swim around much you would have more fun with 4 red bellies

I kind of want Ps but you cant keep catfish with them or anything

ya you can Piranaha are intised into their frenzy by eratic movement so if you get a pleco then you should be fine. But you are right you cant keep anything other than piranaha and pleco. Maybe a silver dollar oscar and dempsy they would go good in a 55.

All of these grow too large to be comfortable in a 55.

Depends of the 55's dimensions if it is the 4 foot model then there would be enough space for them maybe not a dempsy and an oscar but a silver dollar and a oscar would go fine.
