Australian Stripey

I can report that the 2" Australian Stripey I added to the tank 4 weeks ago has decimated the population of aiptasia. This is an absolutely outstanding fish!

That's awesome!

I'm on the fence for trying one...
-not quite at my price point for a "let's try and see" fish
-they get fairly large (reminding me of my cool rabbit fish which got huge fast and turned into a eating and crapping machine
-reef safe concerns

Great that it decimates aiptasia, let us know how it behaves in the reef!
Good with shrimp/snails?
Read they may have an appetite for LPS, but what about softies? (zoas, cloves, things remotely resembling aiptasia)

So now that you've had this guy a few months, what's the verdict, reef safe?

Doesn't look like he's touched anything else.

Stripey

Where did you get the Stripey from? I've been thinking about getting one for the last little while. Thanks.

I saw some at J&L aquatics.
